As part of the Cotswold Outdoor Group,  Cotswold Outdoor is joined by  Runners Need and  Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

Please note this role is 24 hours per week working on a rota basis. You will be required to work some weekends.

How will you make an impact?

As a Product Expert, you’ll be working alongside like-minded people and our ever-growing customer base. Day-to-day you can expect to be:

• Giving great customer service and helping to solve any small issues
• Offering specialist services like boot fitting, IMBOX and gait analysis
• Continuing to learn about our products and improving your skills through training
• Delivering product training to the team in store
• Leading your area of the store and guiding the team on what needs doing
• Helping coach the team on how to sell products confidently
• Supporting and mentoring new team members on product knowledge
• Carrying out keyholder duties, including opening and closing the store
• Helping to keep the store safe by following health and safety rules
