As part of the Cotswold Outdoor Group,  Cotswold Outdoor is joined by  Runners Need and  Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

How will you make an impact?

• Helping the Visual Merchandising team by organising calendars, booking travel, processing invoices and handling expense reports
• Keeping visual merchandising records, trackers and systems up to date and well organised
• Writing and sharing weekly visual merchandising guidelines and updates with stores, making sure everything is clear, accurate and matches the brand's current look and feel
• Being the first point of contact for stores with visual merchandising questions, passing anything more complex to senior team members
• Helping to plan, order and send out visual merchandising materials to stores based on campaign plans and store-specific needs

You'll fit right in if...

• You have a basic understanding of visual merchandising
• You're confident using Microsoft Office and are happy working with digital tools and systems
• You're organised, good at admin tasks and have a great eye for detail
• You can speak and write clearly and in a professional way
• You're comfortable juggling different tasks and meeting deadlines
• You've got a positive attitude, enjoy working with others and are keen to learn new things
