As part of the Cotswold Outdoor Group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!
Please note this role is 40 hours per week.
How will you make an impact?
- Developing and executing CRM strategies across the full customer lifecycle
- Planning and delivering targeted omnichannel campaigns aligned with marketing goals
- Optimising customer journeys and personalising communications through segmentation and automation
- Driving loyalty and retention by analysing data and engaging at-risk customers
- Managing CRM platforms and ensuring seamless integration with other systems
- Reporting on campaign performance and continuously testing to improve results
- Ensuring data quality and compliance with privacy laws
- Collaborating across teams to promote a customer-first mindset
- Supporting and mentoring junior CRM team members
You’ll fit right in if…
- You bring strong CRM, email marketing or loyalty experience in retail, direct to customer or omnichannel
- You’re proficient with CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or Braze
- You’re comfortable with data analysis, segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign tracking
- You have basic HTML skills and a strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA)
- You have experience with loyalty programs, ecommerce platforms, or creative personalisation (desireable)
- You’re passionate about customer experience and data-driven marketing
