As part of the Cotswold Outdoor Group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!
Please note this role is 40 hours per week.
How will you make an impact?
- Leading the development of our retail media strategy across digital and in-store channels
- Creating and selling impactful advertising opportunities using customer insights
- Building and managing strong brand and supplier partnerships
- Delivering co-branded campaigns and exclusive retail activations
- Identifying new revenue opportunities and tracking campaign performance
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure aligned, high-impact campaign execution
- Maintaining compliance and a focus on continuous process improvements
You’ll fit right in if…
- You have strong experience in commercial, partnerships or retail media roles
- Managing brand or supplier partnerships in retail or digital environments is something you've done successfully
- You're known for strong commercial instincts and sharp negotiation skills
- You've worked with retail networks or shopper marketing programs
- Turning data into actionable insights and clear reports comes easily to you
- You're familiar with platforms like CitrusAd, Criteo or Promote IQ
- Collaboration energises you and you communicate with clarity and purpose

- Base salary of £70,000 – £75,000 per annum
