This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week, split between our new Swindon head office and our outsourced warehouse in Coventry. This is a fixed-term contract ending December 2026.

We’re looking for an Order Administrator to join us on that journey. This role is about more than just day-to-day responsibilities - it’s about supporting how we inspire our customers, enable our stores, and strengthen collaboration across our operations, including our warehouse partner in Coventry.

We’ve officially made the move to our new office in the heart of Swindon and couldn’t be more excited. Our brand-new sustainable office at 1 Newbridge Square puts us right next to the train station and the new bus boulevard, making it easier than ever to connect. Alongside time spent in Swindon, you’ll also work from our Coventry warehouse location, helping ensure smooth coordination across our supply chain.

This move marks an exciting new chapter in our journey, and our new space has been designed with the future in mind - supporting collaboration, wellbeing, and our commitment to working more sustainably.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitoring the ecommerce order bank and proactively resolving orders at risk of missing delivery promises
• Working closely with internal and external teams to manage orders and resolve issues efficiently
• Re-allocating orders to alternative sources where required to meet customer demand
• Liaising with Customer Services to ensure customers are kept up to date on order changes
• Tracking and chasing outstanding supplier deliveries or stock transfers impacting customer orders
• Escalating risks and issues to relevant teams to ensure timely resolution
• Producing reports and insights on order bank performance 
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and taking ownership of implementing solutions

We’re looking for someone who

• Has experience managing customer orders in a fast-paced environment
• Is highly organised and able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
• Has strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Is confident working with data, reports, and Excel
• Communicates clearly and builds strong working relationships across teams
• Has a proactive, “can-do” attitude and takes ownership of tasks
• Is comfortable working with order management or warehouse management systems
• Remains resilient and calm under pressure, especially during high-volume periods
• Is eager to learn and continuously improve processes
