As part of the Cotswold Outdoor Group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!
Please note this role is 40 hours per week.
How will you make an impact?
- Leading and manageing the effective delivery of critical paths across key retail trading moments and campaign delivery working cross functionally to deliver excellent cross channel execution first time
- Leading Retail Workstream to manage change project delivery against key deliverables for 2030 vision to facilitate frictionless shopping experience
- Managing and approving retail workload, both trading and non-trading to deliver a reduction in store workload and an increase in customer facing time
- Championing the voice of Retail within Basecamp, working with key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of key projects and trading activity
- Supporting key functions on all aspects of retail activity ensuring it is fit for purpose, relevant and will deliver a return on investment.

- You have proven experience managing teams
- You have excellent communication and influencing skills
- You're extremely Organised and have time management skills
- You have an Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
- You're PC literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- You are Team orientated and collaborative
- You have previously worked in Retail, ideally in a Retail or Central Operations role
- You have Working knowledge of retail systems
