As Ayacucho continues to evolve, we’re looking for a Senior Designer for outdoor apparel and accessories to join us on that journey. This role is about more than day-to-day responsibilities – it’s about bringing our brand to life through thoughtful, creative design that inspires our customers, supports our stores, and strengthens our community of adventurers.

This role will be based at our Group Head Office in Hoboken, near Antwerp for a minimum of three days per week.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in driving the creative development of our outdoor collections. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing seasonal collections and design concepts that blend creativity, function, and commercial appeal
• Creating detailed tech packs and managing the design process from concept to production
• Supporting the creation of the digital product catalogue
• Preparing and presenting seasonal collections to internal teams and buyers
• Approving samples, trims, and lab dips to ensure alignment with specifications
• Staying informed on market trends, materials and sustainable design innovations
• Contributing to improving design processes and the ongoing growth of the Ayacucho brand

We’re looking for someone who

• Is an experienced Senior Designer in outdoor or sports apparel
• Brings strong knowledge of performance fabrics, garment construction and technical design
• Can understand our customers by sharing their passion for the outdoors
• Understands global markets, dynamics and working with international teams
