As part of the Cotswold Outdoor Group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!
Please note this role is 40 hours per week.
How will you make an impact?
- Planning product ranges by working with Buying and Operations teams, using sales and market trends to forecast demand
- Helping create and manage the annual budget, ensuring key shopping periods like holidays and special events are covered
- Supporting the development of product ranges that meet customer needs, ensuring the right mix of styles, sizes, colours and price points
- Using data tools to forecast sales, track performance, and identify risks or opportunities to improve stock levels and availability
- Preparing reports on sales, stock levels and key trends
- Suggesting and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
You’ll fit right in if…
- You have experience as a Merchandiser or similar stock planning role within retail
- You're confident working with data and numbers to make informed decisions
- You understand retail trends and customer behaviour
- You're organised, detail-focused and great at managing multiple tasks
- You communicate clearly and work well in a fast-paced team
