As part of the Cotswold Outdoor Group,  Cotswold Outdoor is joined by  Runners Need and  Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

How will you make an impact?

• Ensuring products are distributed to the right locations in line with demand, sales patterns and seasonal trends
• Supporting accurate sales planning by adjusting stock levels as business needs change
• Monitoring stock levels to minimise both shortages and excess, keeping stock availability consistent
• Using sales and customer insights to make well-informed stock allocation decisions
• Investigating and resolving stock issues, suggesting smarter ways of working to improve efficiency and results

You'll fit right in if...

• Managing product allocation and stock levels is something you've successfully done in previous roles
• Working with stock management or ERP systems feels familiar and comfortable
• Problem solving comes naturally, and you enjoy digging into data to find smart solutions
• Microsoft Excel is a tool you're confident using, especially for analysing and presenting data
