We’re looking for a Senior Merchandiser to join us on that journey. This role is about more than just day-to-day responsibilities, it’s about shaping how we inspire our customers, support our stores, and grow our community of adventurers.

We’re currently based in Kemble but will be moving to central Swindon in Spring 2026 – just a short walk from the train station and the new bus boulevard. What you’ll be doing

• Planning product ranges by working with Buying and Operations teams, using sales and market trends to forecast demand
• Helping create and manage the annual budget, ensuring key shopping periods like holidays and special events are covered
• Supporting the development of product ranges that meet customer needs, ensuring the right mix of styles, sizes, colours and price points
• Using data tools to forecast sales, track performance, and identify risks or opportunities to improve stock levels and availability
• Preparing reports on sales, stock levels and key trends
• Suggesting and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

We’re looking for someone who

• Has experience as a Senior Merchandiser or stong Merchandiser looking to grow
• Is confident working with data and numbers to make informed decisions
• Understands retail trends and customer behaviour
• Is organised, detail-focused and skilled at managing multiple tasks
• Communicates clearly and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
